In Harry's Lap Timer, export the session in HLPTRL format.

Where to find your video file

If you recorded with a GoPro or similar

Copy the original video file from your camera's SD card using a card reader.

If you recorded with Harry's Lap Timer

On iPhone or iPad:

1. Connect your phone to your computer with a USB cable
2. Open your phone:
3. Mac: Finder -> select iPhone -> Files
4. Windows: iTunes / Apple Devices -> File Sharing
5. Open the LapTimer folder

On Android:

1. Connect your phone to your computer with a USB cable
2. Open Harry's Lap Timer app storage folder
3. Open the folder containing the raw video files

Look for a video file with the same date and similar time as your session.
