Pheasant Wood

Pheasant Wood is a compact, technical lap with a stop-start feel through corners 1 to 3, where the opening right-hander and the following tight direction change set much of the rhythm. The standout lap-time section is around corner 6, a faster right-hander that carries more weight than most of the tighter hairpin-style bends and gives the circuit its main flowing moment. Corners 7 and 8 tighten the lap back up again, with the final right-hander adding a neat sting before the run to the line.
